FOAM-FREE CONSTRUCTION
Many developments use foam to cut down on cement costs. It's marketed as an insulator but there are major structural issues when building with foam. This is why La Colina will not include foam in the construction of our villas.
ONE-POUR CEMENT ROOF
To maximize strength and reduce cracking, cement should be mixed and poured in one consistent batch. This is especially important in the construction of a roof.
